SAFE NEW YEAR

In just a few hours NEW YEAR shall come! So Happy new year everyone Let’s welcome the year of the ox with happiness together with our family. For sure as this year comes some of us will be doing the beliefs that we have always believed.Lol..To those who are short like me let’s jump till our heads reach our ceilings (hahaha ang kasabihan ni lola) to be an inch taller this year of the ox. Let’s dig our treasure boxes and look for a [red] polka dot dress (Yeah I did this when I was a kid because they say it's lucky) . Let’s have the 12 fruits present in our dining table to have a prosperous new year ( sorry i don't know what the twelve fruits are.XD). What else? Oh to welcome the year with noise to drive away negative or bad energy at home. We have ways of creating ‘noise’ and one of the most common is by blasting firecrackers. Be careful with those firecrackers. Should you be a victim of firecracker here’s the first aid I got from Manila Times

• Wash the injured area with soap over running water.
• Clean all debris in and around the injury.
• Apply topical antiseptic on the wound.
• Cover the wound with clean gauze or cloth to check on the bleeding if there is any.
• Rush the patient to the nearest hospital for proper medical attention.
• Ask for an anti-tetanus vaccine injection or booster shot, depending on the date of one’s last vaccination.
*In cases where a limb was dismembered from the body because of the firecracker blast, Cruz stated that the chance for it to be stitched back would depend on the severity of the injury. In such case, he advised that it is best to put the severed body part in a plastic bag with ice and bring it to the attending physician.

Nothing much...just a fight

10’oclock a.m. Somebody just woke me up. I opened my eyes slowly and it was my brother asking me if I want to go to the beach. I said no because all I want to do is sleep and sleep and sleep. Then my cousin came same question same answer. Next, my aunt came same question but I gave her a ‘yes’. It just hit me that tomorrow they’ll be leaving for Manila and live their life again. I mean we did not see each other for ten years and now that they are here spending sometime with us why could I not just go with them in the beach to bond even if I’m not really gonna swim with them. This opportunity to bond with them comes only once in a lifetime. So I decided to go.

We arrived there and saw there are few people who were already enjoying the water I just sat there watching them running with smile on their faces, playing with the water. Few minutes later my brother came and sat beside me. I didn’t know that he was peaking at my phone’s screen. I told him to mind his own business. I even put a towel on my head as a cover for him not to read what I’m typing on my phone. Yeah I know that he’s just playing with me but I was not really in the mood to fool around with him. I’m like this when I did not get enough sleep. I become moody, irritable and worse, become evil. My brother didn’t stop teasing me

“

mahirap ba talagang mag-isip ng itetext?”

“sino ba yang katext mo bf mo?”

“bat ba ang irritable mo? Siguro may nangako na naman na tumawag sa’yo na hindi tumawag ano ? Si *ano* ba yun?

Then I told him to shut up , to stop asking me and to stop pesterin me. Still he did not take my warn seriously he talked and talked and continued to peak at my phone. As for the reason that I was fed up I threw my phone at him and told him :

Sige sa’yo na yang phone. Basahin mo na mga messages ko.

He just looked at me and I gave him a glare. Then I picked up my phone from the sand. It was time to go home then he went to the car. I followed a little while got in and sat on the backseat silently. As I was reflecting, I thought that what I did was too much. I felt guilty being so mean to my brother. When we arrived home I guess my mother noticed that something happened between us. So I told her what happened. My mother said

Pinahiya mo naman kapatid mo sa harap nila?

(hindi po 2 lang po kami doon noong nangyari yon)

Hay naku! Pinairal mo na naman yang pagkamaldita mo! Anak wag kang ganyan.

Look I’m already 20 years old and basing from what I have done a while a go I seemed like not to be acting according to my age. I’m very ashamed of that. Psssshhhh

This afternoon probably 4 o’clock. I went to my brother’s room and started being sweet to him. I hugged him and asked him to hug me back. He didn’t move at all then I said:

Kuya di mo naman ako love eh!

He answered back

Hay naku love kita ano ba?

Then he held my head and… placed it under his armpit.. I screamed… SIRAULO ka!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I moving my head away from his erm… kilikili hahahaha

I’m glad we are OK now!!!!!! Hihihihihihi

**Our performance last night ws pretty good. I guess even though their applause was kinda scripted. Hahahaha it’s ok I understand them for doing that. Father expressed his happiness to us for serenading him that night. =)

**I’m currently learning how to make blogskins. The codes are giving major headache. Psshhhh.. I wish I could also make my own layout soooooon… =)

MUSICAL SATURDAY / YOHOOOOOO

MUSICAL SATURDAY

My finger pads are already aching (ahuh but not for typing in this keyboard..trust me XD) pressing the strings of the instruments. Anyway this is all for our parish priest whom we will be serenading on his birthday ,that would be tonight. We will be in a Maria Clara style attire. Uhm well ...no comment on that Mahirap magsalita period no comma.

This morning I went for our practice for tomorrow’s performance. We played SERENADE by Toselli. Ammkay this piece was new but my bestfriend had the chance to play this during their batch (long time ago) so she tried to recall the tune and how was it played. Unluckily she just remembered a bit of it so we decided to listen on how it is played on strings. So when I got home I googled it. Given that my net connection is to be compared to a turtle’s speed I texted them to hey look for this it might help. After that I ate my lunch at 2 o’clock then went to my bestfriend’s house to help her and Joker to write the musical notation of a certain song because (we decided to add new piece in our repertoire) . When I arrived at their house they showed me EDELWEISS, a song sang by Captain Georg Ritter von Trapp from the 1959 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical The Sound of Music (wiki). Then later that day we started to work on with Pachelbel’s canon.. We had hard time figuring out what notes to be written so we just searched the music score in the net.. Wohoooo lucky ! we found one. So we started to play it. On the first part it was still easy until we reached the part where we needed to play the eighth notes fast. Hahahaha our fingers were crossing to one fret to another. We had difficulty catching up with the music. Then my bestfriend was in doubt if we can play this tomorrow so she said that she’ll just have to find an easier piece. A while a go I received a text from her. Yipeee she made musical notations of SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW and BORN FOR YOU.

Done reading? Exciting isn’t it? Yohooo I’m so glad they they’ll be stepping in Philippines…soon. However as ana said (it_must_be_me) it’s still not sure. Ampfff But I can’t help but to put a smile on my face, to jump and jump all over again and to dream believe and survive.. (teka linya ng starstruck yan a) dream and believe lang pala.. hahaha XD (ok cornix pagbigyan niyo na ako masaya lang)

And oh as I was looking for the schedule of reservation that would be on January 17, 2009. I HAVE A REVIEW!!!!!! Bohoooo! Badtrip. If and only ‘if’ my parents would know that I won’t be attending my review because of this my parents would be furious.

**I just noticed that everytime there’s an event where Koreans are involved my schedule doesn’t allow me to go there… psssshhh.**

Just dates...

That night when my grandmother was watching her favorite drama, when my brother was so focused playing MU, when the stars were silently shining on their own, when everyone was just doing their own thing there I was at my room sitting on my bed waiting for my phone to ring. Yeah it did ring. I had a message from my ‘friend’. He said Merry Xmas. So I answered back with the same words plus a ‘too’ at the end. Next he asked me if I was already asleep and if I was waiting for him to give me a ring. I told him no that I was watching tv but in fact I was just there in my room silently listening to the audio coming from the television while I was impatiently waiting for his call. Then he said he was sorry for he fell asleep. So I said okay, it’s fine. Then we had a little chitchat and told me that HE WILL JUST CALL ME TOMORROW.

Morning I was awaken by my phone. Oh message. Greetings from him. I didn’t reply him. Then later this afternoon he again texted me the same thing. SO I was like “Yeah I understand that it would be christmas after midnight but does he have to text me the same things all over again?" Imagine same text from same person? Annoying… It could have been better if it was an I LOVE YOU message.. (bohooooo ambisyosa!) I’ve waited till 12 midnight. No call came. Ahmmkay! I have prepared myself to be disappointed but I can’t help but complain. Pssshhh better if he didn’t make a promise. Grrrrrrr

I was hoping and hoping and hoping but none of those hopes happened. I have already ignored my pride and yeah this was my prize. Next time I’ll be wiser. I don’t want to do the same mistake again in my life.

Oh btw we had a history of this ‘friend’.

Merry Christmas to everyone! Though we are having scarcity of funds I’m glad that we still managed to prepare something as we welcome the birth of Christ and even though my father was not around I still enjoyed this event… somehow. =(

Wanted: Perfect Family

Before I went to my bestfriend’s house I first watched Wanted: Perfect Family (Okay here I go again with me talking about this series Lol.) and I was sooo happy to see hee chul in the screen. Wahahahahaha his dubbed voice was kinda weird. Different from his real voice. [Mamang mama ang boses]. I don’t know why I was acting weird/OA that I giggle whenever chulla’s face was on the screen. I guess an effect of my two months hiatus in watching SJ videos? Yeah I guess hadn't fed my SUJU addiction for a while. I’m not saying that I’ll die if I won’t be able to have a DVD copy of this but since a Super Junior member is here plus the story was kinda wacky which I actually enjoy watching I’ll look for a Captain Hook DVD copy of this. hehehehe

Pangangapit Bahay

So when the show was over I went to her house to give the cake that I bought last night Since I have always gone to their house with empty hands [=p Lalala ang sama ano? ] I decided to give something Hehe. There I entered , she handed me her gift. She’s very thoughtful she never fails to give me something whenever it’s my birthday, valentine or christmas. I’m quite guilty . Why? Didn’t give her anything this year. XD

Ok she gave me a blanket with doraemon prints and it’s a perfect timing since the temperature drops at night till dawn. I’m not sure if they are called flash cards but the squared box there contains cards with quotes about friendship written on it and the red one (her b-day gift to me) which contains undies.

While I was working on this entry my phone rang for about 2 seconds. “hmmm…sino naman kaya to?” I picked up the phone tknow who it was. It was my ‘friend’. So I texted him, “Nagparing ka ata…bakit?” he replied “Gusto lang sana kitang makausap” then my fingers were so fast to text him “Ah ganun ba? Bat di mo tinuloy”. Answered back “maya na lang kita tawagan. Namimiss kasi kita”. So ako naman “cge..*with smiley* wahahahaha love love has come my way!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yiheeee!

I’m waiting for his call. If he doesn’t call then fine.*with raised eyebrows* Lol. (taray effect pero sa totoo lang disappointed din)

Wanted:Perfect Family

I was watching this afternoon while savouring the mango that my brother bought (at sinisingil talaga ako sa bayad) I saw the the commercial of Wanted: Perfect Family in GMA. Then I saw this guy that looked like Chulla of Super Junior and asked myself "Si Chulla ba yun?" Out of curiosity I looked for the casts of this series and my question was answered. YES SI CHULLA NGA! Palibhasa Golden Bride lang alam ko e. Now I regret for ignoring this everytime I pass by in the market. Tsk tsk tsk... Anyway I'll buy it haha mabe after I graduate? hek hek

CUATRO UNO’S CHRISTMAS PARTY

Let me scream first okay? WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! XD

The party was extremely full of fun! =)

It could have been merrier if the whole class came. There were I think four(?) who did not make it due to personal reasons. Ahmkay anyway we still did enjoy every second,minute,hour of the occasion. Oh favor can you go outside for a moment and look at the stars? Now you know how my eyes looked like when I saw the table full of foods. Shinin, shimmering splendid! -akala mo kung anon oh?- Lol. The games prepared by each group were very entertaining and hilarious and! Here are the pics. (photos you see here are not taken by a professional photographer so bare with the quality since I'm only an ordinary human being who doesn't know anything about photography..mmkay?)

For the GAMES:

Game 1:

So all boys in our class were obliged to join this (except for the group who planned this game) while only 2 girls per group were needed. This game is like a Trip to Jerusalem style however, instead of sitting in a chair they’ll be grasping the zipper of the guys’ pants when the music stops playing. Puwahahahahaha Everyone was laughing out loud. Even the students from other school were having good time watching this game.

So they started dancing.

Then suddenly the music stopped. (I will leave 'what happened next' to your imagination)

Maui and Lala competed for the final round.

And Maui won!

Game 2:

One male each group joined this game(same for the female ). It’s a battle on how fast are they in blowing a ‘balloon’ [not the ordinary balloon]

Ready… set… go!

Raymund and Madz won this battle Si Maui moral support oh!

Game 3:

In this match, they shall keep the chocolate in place (at their forehead) as they do the command given by the emcee (e.g. for the girl place your righ foot over the left foot of your partner..bla bla bla)

You know what made this exciting. One of the pairs used to be lovers.

Yiheeee kilig.. hahaha

Game 4:

The players should drink the soda using a 10 cc syringe. hahahaha ang galing ni mama Fred. Our group lost in this game.

Game 5:

The participants shall fill the bottle with water using their wet clothes.

(ehems.. nanalo gropu namin!)

Game 6:

Search for Mr. and Ms. Villa Edita. Hahahaha ang saya nito. The winners became winners via draw lots. XD Hindi pinag-isipan ang mananalo pinagbunutan. ahahahaha

Okay the rest…camwhoring..hahaha I’m very thankful to my mother lily that she lent me her cam. Wala e tatanga tanga kasi ako hayun nawala yung akin.

So Eka gave us a ride and while we were in the car I was surprised with the song being played “ tell me tell me, tet tet tet tell me” So I asked her “Eka sa ipod mo ba galling yang kanta?” Sabi niya "Hindi. Sa radio yan." So what’s the significance? Wala lang share ko lang since I have been wanting radio stations in the Philippines to play Korean songs and I was soooo delighted to hear a Korean song in our local FM station. Yeah go Wonder Girls. (I hope to hear a DBSK or SJ songs in the future)

Exam/Onion Skin/Twilight/Regret/Christmas Party

Oh men the exam given by our head nurses gave us instant headache! It was soooooooo difficult that we had to squeeze each other’s brain until they are dried up just to have answers. Jusmiyo santisima Trinidad we never thought that these would come out in our exam

Fear of rain^ (okay we did a little trick here so we were able to come up with an answer) Ombrophobia
Fear of criticism ^left it blank. I really don’t know XD
Fear of cancer^I made a guess since the greek word used that refers to tumor is 'oncos' so hayun sapalaran ang mga sagot
Fear of bacteria^guessed again. Bacteriophobia. Hahaha ewan kung tama. =p

Same day. After taking the exam we attended the case presentation of the 3rd year students together with their head nurses. [ When we arrived at the gym we were still talking about the said exam. How come the questions were like this and like that bla bla bla. Haha banas talaga kami sa exam ] I was really trying to listen to what the student was talking about in front when suddenly my friend called my attention. She told me :OH YAN KAHIT NA NANUNUOD YAN TIGNAN MO MAGALING SUMAGOT Upon hearing that I really felt bad that I answered her ALAM KO NAMAN NA BOBO AKO E. PUWEDE BANG WAG NIYO AKONG IKUMPARA…

At home whenever the topic is about our studies I’m always compared to those intelligent people. “Tignan mo nga si *chuva* ang tataas ng grades pero ikaw habang tumatagal pababa nang pababa”

I hear those words at home and then now at school somebody’s talking the same thing.
I thought that crying would let me feel better. So I cried and I didn’t care If I looked stupid for shedding a tear over this matter. Sensitive neh?

***TWILIGHT

Uber late to react. Hahahahaha already behind with this twilight mania since I just got the chance to watch it yesterday with my friends. I could have enjoyed watching this movie if:

a. I wasn’t sitting beside a guy. I’m not comfortable to be with a guy beside me especially if he’s good looking. My attention will be on him lol.
b. My friend could just have kept quite. Bohooooo she was giving spoilers all the time. This was her nth time watching the movie and she just can not control her mouth. XD

MAHAL NA KITA EDWARD!! Hahahahahahahahahahaha

I love their convo/script! So… I want to read the book but I can’t afford to buy one…ampfff isa akong poohhhr. So probably I will just have to borrow from someone who is willing to lend it to me. Promise di ko siya wawalain.

Proven.Nasa huli talaga ang pagsisisi. We can never turn back the way it used to be.

Joint Gathering/School stuff

LOL. I thought the DBSJee(DBSK,Super Junior,SHINee) joint gathering was held yesterday. Ok my bad. To all Filipino fans who want to join this gathering go here for the info:

MONEY, TIME and DISTANCE are killing me!!!!!!!! Our class christmas party will also be on Dec. 20. I have never joined my classmates to any outing/celebration that our class organized. I'm 9 hours away from Manila. My savings from my allowance are not enough to cover my expenses when I go to Manila. Ang hirap maging mahirap....=(

Again I'll be away from net. I'll be having my duty tonight at eleven p.m. Not done with my requirements yet [i'm currently working on it] I'll be hating reaction papers for all my life.grrr.. hahaha. I have hard time squeezing my brain for sensible words to be written on my bond paper. Bye!

Yesterday.Today.Tomorrow

*YESTERDAY…
I emptied my school bag. Pulled out clothes from the drawer. Looked under the bed. My reviewer was nowhere to be found.

I texted my classmates. “Nakita mo ba reviewer ko”
replies :[malutong na]HINDI

mother Lily. “Pakitignan po sa kuwarto kung may libro dun na rectangular
na kulay skyblue ang cover"
reply: Anak wala naman

I’m losing hope, 500 is 500. It’s a big amount for an ordinary earthling like me. I have already lost many things this year. If she found out that I lost something…again. She’ll hang me upside down with ants on my body… haha joke lang! di siya ganun kabrutal.

Start of our lecture days… I walked towards my seat still thinking “San ko ba nilagay yun?”
Then sat on my chair that once destroyed my stockings. Grrrr.. After a while I asked my classmates if they have seen my reviewer. HINDI na naman ang sagot. Suddenly my reviewer appeared!!!!!!! EMPOY saviour ka!!! He told me that he saw a book on a table where we usually eat our lumpia,pansit and bananacue. Tinignan niya at nalaman niyang akin. So he kept it. Whew!!! Buti na lang. SAVED. Muwahahahahahahaha

**TODAY…
Again I felt I was non-existent in this world. I know for the fact and [I really hate it] that my IQ level is below sea level. I’m treated like a ghost again. She acted like deaf again. How can I be treated like this all over again? Oh she’s my friend and I’m a horrible friend for making a fuss over this simple thing that might look ridiculous if you find out the reason why I'm talking this nonsense. =/

***TOMORROW
Tomorrow will be the gathering of DBSK and SHINEE fans.-I won’t be going
Tomorrow I’m also supposed to go to Baguio with friends to meet their friends. Hahaha

How can I possibly be in two places at the same time?

And How can I possibly go to one of these events if mother lily won’t allow me to go? if I don't have the means? if... and more if'sssss.

ME

Actually I was at the business office to get my permit for my exam tomorrow. However , the lady said “Bumalik ka nalang ng mga 10:30” So alangan naman na tumanga ako sa canteen o di kaya sa quadrangle? magreview? Sa boarding house na lang hehehe. I decided to go to the inet shop to check my accounts if there were updates bla bla bla. Then I saw SJ-M’s ME video. Dahil sa sabik ako sa mga Korean achuchu at higit sa lahat sabik ako sa SJ. [ Hahaha wala akong pakealam kung SJT SJM or SJH ang Makita ko basta SJ members. XD ] Pumunta ako sa wordpress para makibalita kung ano ng nagaganap sa kpop at hayun nga pagkakita ko pa lang ng title “ME MV OF SJ-M” dali daling nagpipindot tong mga daliro ko sa address bar 'youtube.com' . OA na kung OA pero sumaya talaga ang puso ko. Ilang buwan akong nagtiis na puro picture lang nila ang nakikita ko, na walang kaupdate update. (sabi nga ng nanay ko hindi ko priority ang mga koreano pero ang sa akin lang naman kailangan ko rin ang mga bagay-bagay na to para naman marelax ako at sumaya ako). Natuwa ako sa mga pagtalon talon nila, sa mga kembot at higit sa lahat sa kanilang boses! So heto ang kanilang video hindi ko alam kung bakit ayaw nitong magpakita sa page ko .
